Worst customer service around. Nobody picks up the phone and they are always booked 2 months out.

My 2022 Ioniq 5 had the ICCU failure, a well known problem with the car. The car was towed to them on Saturday 5/6. On Monday I was told they couldn't get it in to diagnose it for 2 weeks. It is over 3 weeks later and I just called and spoke with Jesus. They still haven't looked at the car and he said maybe they would get to it by the end of the week. I told him I was annoyed with how it had been handled so far. Instead of getting an apology I got a smart aleck response "Do you want to have your car towed somewhere else?" His excuse for his bad attitude was that the dealership was bought by Carmax. I asked to speak with his manager and I was told he quit. I am waiting for a callback from Jamey Watson the General Manager. My car will be eligible for the Lemon Law in a couple of days. I was willing to be patient. I'm not willing to put up with the bad attitude.
