BMW of Vista

I did one star a few weeks ago but am changing it to five stars after receiving totally awesome service by Ramon. Ramon is the best. Update in June 23, had another service done and all I can say is Ramon is an Excellent Service Provider. listens to my issues with my car patiently and resolves all so perfectly and on time.

I love the service department at BMW of Vista. I have an M6 that I purchased used and started having problems with soon after I got it. 3 trips back to the dealership I bought it from, another 4 trips to the local BMW dealer where I live in South Orange County and nothing. BMW of Vista not only found the problem, which required a new engine but negotiated with the warranty company and BMW North America on my behalf and got everything taken care of. My car has run great since and I make the extra trek to Vista to service my car and have been happy ever since. Very professional and competent, what you would expect of a BMW dealer but often don't find elsewhere.

I booked an appointment at the service center and Christopher b was my advisor and he helped with a problem that I had from a previous owner. He Very helpful and definitely looks out for his clients! Definitely would come back just because of Chris.
