        AutoNation continues to deliver the worst customer service both in-person and online. They offer 7am service times online you can book but when you show up they tell you they're not open until 7:30. The worst part...the Service Manager knew they had 7am listed online and said, "Yeah, I guess we need to change that." REALLY?!?! Their lack of customer service is only outdone by their lack of competency.

        I have been servicing a car here under different management since 2015. Unfortunately what used to be a very efficient and competent service experience is now neither. For example, I still don't have an estimate for repairs after three days. Communication process for updates also poor. I won't be going back which is shame since I live in coastal north county and would have bought another hyundai since the location is convenient Service: Air conditioning
