Everything is a good our better than described. A beautiful view of the garden from our Laguna room, peaceful, quiet, wonderful roof top patio, gorgeous flowers everywhere, loved the comfortable bed, the relaxing fireplace was most enjoyable and the very easy check in and out, so much better than a big busy crowded hotel. I wish we could come back much sooner.

Pelican was wonderful. Great location and our room was large - Pacific - great bed and easy access - parking was front door and proximity to beach of 2 min walk!

The room was comfortable and the back yard area is a wonderful place to sip coffee among the plants and palm trees, and a beautiful lemon tree hanging with large lemons. The location is ideal. Its a 5 min walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk from Carlsbad Village where you can find restaurants, bars, and shops galore. There is private off street parking for your vehicle too. The self check-in is also very convenient and easy.
