        We were not allowed to use the cart to move out, had to wait for bellman. Room water pressure was way toooooo low, it was horrible.

        We came for 1 night to celebrate our sons birthday at Legoland and did not want to stay at the Legoland hotels. The suite was spacious and bed was comfortable. The private access to Legoland for the hotel guests was fantastic. ||The

        Worst Bellman and valet I have ever come across. In all my travels I have never witnessed such incompetence and flat out disrespect toward the guests. I suggest they have a team meeting to fix this problem maybe with some training courses on how to treat people with dignity. I believe they are available online and all kinds of other self-help courses. The Sheraton is right next-door and offers better service
