This is the view of what was promised as a view of Lego Land park. We asked to be away from the main pool since we are two seniors without kids. Elite status and ordering a year in advance got us room near the kiddie pool and overlooking the parking lot. Just gorgeous isnt it. At least we are on the third floor and the room is quiet. Good marks for room layout and quiet. Bad for location faster we specifically asked and were told something else. So much for customer focus.

Thanks again for the excellent customer service I received from Christine.She went above and beyond to help me with my timeshare reservations.She was friendly,helpful and very patient with me.I really appreciate her positive attitude,it seems like everybody seems to be in a bad mood these days.

I left from stalking, harassment, and discrimination, where I was met with complete dishonesty and denials over it all. I was stunned and couldn't believe that none of it mattered more to any of them. It's an abuse of human rights. I ended up moving out of state because of the extensive gaslighting on it here and also within my community in San Marcos. I contacted the police, Gov. Newsom, and Sen. Feinstein and people would do nothing. My own mother gaslighted me on it. Neighbors gaslighted me. I left three employers in less than a year in California alone, let alone the numerous employers I left in the previous decade before that. I left four in Wisconsin from the same and another in Colorado. Then five more in Illinois after returning back home. I'd rather people just start being honest than constantly denying it.

Worst possible company to work for don't give them your time, money, or business! Dedicated 4years to this company they are horrible to their guest and employees! Their HR is a joke! Their higher management is constantly retaliating on their employees they make you take sexual harassment/harassment courses like every job should but it seems they don't understand any meaning of that!! They underpay you and overwork you!! They are constantly hiring for a REASON ! Please don't give them any of your time or business! TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU, DON'T!!!Also if you don't want messed up W-2(s) where you WILL OWE IRS MONEY DONT DO IT! THEY DID IT TO ME TWICE !  AND THEY DID IT TO MANY OF MY EX CO-WORKERS .. the first time they said they fixed it the second and my last time there HR SAID "THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT"
