Eastwood Apartments

There are more families here than in the past when it was mostly seniors. It's mostly quiet and the place is gated. It has a nice garden. You need to wash the clothes in their laundry room. Many long term people here. The review below says this is now Brentwood Apartments. It is not and never was.

Paying almost $2,000 a month for a 2 bed apartment that is infested with roaches and rats !!!! Also you have to pay $50 for each veichle you own to park in youre own parking spot that should be part of youre rent .. pool dosent have tables or chairs were you could sit at and pool most of the time is dirty this apartment is not luxurious and charging outrageously prices . Oh and to mention that they raise rent 2x a year !!! Its hard to find another place or else I would be out in a heart beat . This place is money hungry abusing the tenants

I went to look at an apartment. I had an appointment. When I arrived the lady came out of her office and told me she was not going to open the gate to the property so I could drive to where the Apt was located. She said I had to walk. I am DISABLED AND CAN BARELY WALK. She told me to walk to the Apt. She did not accompany me. She gave an apt number, that I was unable to locate. I was in so much pain. After being unable to locate the unit, I just returned to my car, because obviously she did not want to show me the Apt. She went back into her office and refused to come out. I was forced to park outside the Apt complex. Racism is alive and well in Sacramento.
