I am OVERJOYED in finding and being treated by Dr. Aluning. Not only did she and the staff educate me about my dental care, they ENSURED that I was PAIN FREE!!! I've had such bad experiences and PAIN, PAIN, PAIN with other dentists, I refrained from going for 10 years. The exceptionally professional staff had compassion for my anxiety and allowed me to get comfortable before starting care. I watched Netflix movie while in my dental chair before the treatment began. Once treatment started, the doctors herself, put on some soft jazz before starting care. Please come visit Carson Dental, I promise you, you will be treated like ROYALTY. Thank you Dr. Aluning!!!!!!

I wish I knew about this place sooner. You can tell Dr. Aluning loves what she does. Every time I go there she gives me her undivided attention. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. I am forever grateful for her and her team. Everyone at the office is extremely friendly.

IS there any rating more than 10/10..! Dr. Maria Aluning is JUST WHAT a DENTIST should be..! CARING, KIND, VERY PROFESSIONAL and very knowledgeable..! I had my teeth extracted (multiple, mind you.!) and she promised that there will be no pain.. I was reluctant, at first, since, I had bad experiences with other dentists. But she explained and made me feel comfortable and at ease. But when the procedure was done... I was surprised, there was NO PAIN, AT ALL..! She is VERY GOOD in what she does... She even called the night after my procedure to check on me.. You will not get that from any dentist.! Personal touch..! Now, I have my son schedule his dental procedure... I believe, we found a person that will take care of us.! She is one of a kind...!!! Also, the staff, MARS, MERLINDA, MARIA and they're AWESOME....! They treat you as a family.! Dr. Aluning, you have a great team with you..! Again, THANK YOU for making me smile again..!

I'm giving this office a 2 only because the staff was nice and the office was clean but the dental doctor was not knowledgeable of Medi-cal insurance coverage. I came in for 2 front chipped teeth and was in need for a serious emergency for appearance. After getting my x-rays done I was told I needed 2 crowns, which eventually I knew that I was going to need it in the long run, but at this moment I was only looking for temporary help. He gave me the option of getting bonding /fillings (which is what I was requesting) but he told me medi-cal wouldn't cover the bonding and if I go with this option it will break withina week. I explained that I was aware that Medi-cal covered it and im pretty sure it will last longer then a week even with my over bite...but he said he never heard of them covering it because it was considered cosmetic and they didn't cover it...only if I had cavities. So it was going to cost me $2400 for the crowns or $420 for the fillings. I almost gave in for the $420 but knowing that I could possibly get it done for free I said I will do more research and left. I went to another referred dental office near my home and guess what..Medi-cal covered my fillings/bonding like I knew they would. And I do not have cavities in either one of my teeth. Leaving this review just to say DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH because sometimes the doctor/dentist doesn't even know. Or if you have trust issues like me they could just try to get you for your money thinking you don't know your information. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this was wasn't okay. Times are hard and it is important that the people getting paid to care for you should know their work and benefit information. Hopefully this review will help this office update their knowledge on benefit coverage and not tell patients false information. Oh yeah...my new fillings feel and looks great. My bite is comfortable as well. I believe this will last longer than a week.
