My husband and I just purchased our 1st home and the process was so easy with Jonathan. We have experience with other loan officers and were not to sure about having to start this process over again its a lot to handle but Jonathan made it so easy and was there for any questions we had big or little. We are so happy we went with Jonathan he was right there with us every step of the way. He made the experience so stress free, and we will refer anyone we know looking to buy a home to Jonathan. Jonathan knocked on my door one April day to ask me about wanting to refi my FHA to a conventional loan.  I was skeptical at first as he knocked on my door on a random weekday but I had been thinking about it since doing my taxes and my CPA telling me to do get out of my FHA.  First time we tried to pull the trigger on the refi it didn't work out as I didn't quite have enough equity.  He gave me options which I ultimately decided to wait and rethink after a few months.  Now it's August and we're are closing just shy of 30 days from when we opened escrow and our loans funds on Monday.  He was easy to contact and explained everything well.  His company and the underwriting proceeds went very smooth.   Couldn't be happier we're in a conventional now.
