As a home buyer, I came here (from a recommendation) after a failed escrow with a big bank. Jack took over, worked things out with me and managed to salvage my situation in a limited time span. I really appreciated Jack and his team of walking me through the process and explaining everything. This is something the big bank did not do at all!
