We have several properties managed by Real Property Management. I am very happy with his teams response to my phone calls and addressing tenant matters. They are always on top of what ever comes up. I Highly recommend RPM.

Not the greatest with getting things done/fixed in the home. Communication is the primary problem and their efficiency to get on top of fixtures.

I am a tenant in one of the houses managed by this company. I have requested to fix a leak in toilet and fix outlets which cause fire in the house three weeks ago, they have not taken any action yet. They just passing me among themselves and I am getting played. They give the tenants so many valid reasons not to pay rent.
Being nice with these guys is not an option.
Once they send a vendor to fix an item, and the vendor told me the managing company will not pay him in time, and he was going to repair the item if I pay him right away at a very high price. Since I didn't have any options I accepted.
They have been trying to send a vendor during last 3 weeks, and they canceled on me for variety of reasons like the vendor broke his phone and couldn't communicate with us for the time and address, the vendor got stuck in traffic and can not make it and ...
I believe the policy is to make me tired so I give up on my rights.

I write this review from the tenant side of the renter/property management company equation. Brad at RPM has been managing my unit which I have lived in for 14 years since January 2021.
I have found the company to be very responsive when maintenance issues have come up. On two separate occasions I needed maintenance service, and filed the request using the online AppFolio portal used for tenant communications. On both occasions I was contacted by phone within the hour by the maintenance department at Brads co. and a technician was dispatched to my home promptly, one of the times the technician arrived the very same day!
When an issue arose between myself and the homeowners association at my complex, Brad was directly involved and worked tirelessly to reach resolution acting as the liaison between the Homeowners Association Board, and myself as a renter on behalf of the owner of my unit.
Brad was always avaiable to communicatate, even at one time getting back to me over a weekend when he was on a family vacation. Talk about dedication!
Brad is fantasticly proactive and consummately professional. Even though I am just a tenant as opposed to an owner, when I worked with Brad I could tell I was working with a person who genuinely cared about my concerns, and worked hard to address them constructively in search of an amenable resolution.
When I am the owner of a rental property I will seek out Brad and his company to represent my interests as my first choice and would certainly recommend him to others.
