This location is the BEST! The employees are all friendly and very knowledgeable at their job. They all helped me find a pair of shoes quickly that fit me perfectly. The other 2 stores I went to had no idea about customer service or about shoes. Thank you Deepti !

Stay away from this Business today April Wednesday 10th at 4:00pm they didnt accept the shoes that i bought 12 days ago because I didnt have the receipt because one of the ladies didnt write my information down correctly I even give told them to check the cameras, I give my full name, phone number, I put my debit card so they find it in the computer but they couldnt find me at all. So isnt my fault because i told the manager that i always check 3 times to make sure that everything goes smoothly and correctly but she couldnt even give my money back because of the stupid policy they have. The manager give me a gift card that I dont even want at all. Thats okay because i already sell it to a random person at the mall he give me $850 for the gift card even though the gift card is only $109.32 because I told the person what happened and he told me dont go to the place anymore so yeah at least I got $750 more so yeah yay! to me but to Champs This is just embarrassing and disgusting from Champs so yeah like I said before stay away from this silly place. I mean I get it every one who works in Champs are just doing there job thats why they get paid so low lol minimum wage is just the policy and rules they have.
