      image If I could give the pharmacy no stars I absolutely would. i went twice today because people dont answer the phones... the older female pharmacist very very rude and has a attitude , at that was told to wait 15min. for the pharmacist to sign off my medication .

      image If I could give the pharmacy no stars I absolutely would. The people dont answer the phones and when they do they are super rude, I was told my antibiotics would be ready in a FEW minutes the drive there was about 20minutes, and when I got there they told me itll be another 40 freaking minutes and that was after waiting a few hours already. Freakin ridiculous honestly.

      image I was prescribed antibiotics for an abscessed tooth,went to pick it up around 1:30pm and was told to come back two hours later. I return 3 hours later and my prescription still hadn't been filled, come back again around 7:00pm and was told to come back the next day. My upper lip swelled up and my abscess feels worse and I'm still waiting. One of these days they'll delay a prescription for so long that it will harm someone,or even kill someone because they didn't fill a prescription in time.

      image I would give this pharmacy a 0 if I could. Unhelpful employees 30 minute wait on phone and then hung up before answer any question. Go somewhere else if possible.Update 3/2024 worse than before. Go anywhere but this pharmacy

      image Told me they would order a medication and it would be ready today. Then I get told today it wasn't ordered until last night, when I talked to them in the morning.
      Suppose to get a partial from Chico Rite Aid. They still haven't released it to them over three hours later, a process I was told would take seconds.
      They also can't seem to answer a phone in less than 18 minutes.
