My experience is detailed in the box below. Based on being served something that has injured me, which resulted in medical expenses, loss of income, and emotional distress. Please heed my warning. Read the " short" version down below. Regarding the photo; I returned this comp form as the reason stated did NOT adequately state the situation. Dietary restrictions: Do NOT assume the employees will care about the allergic reaction you have due to their negligence. I had a terrible reaction to eating a salad sold to me as an "upgrade".I can say that I have never been treated so poorly after calling immediately to notify staff that THE FOOD ITEM I instructed when ordering I was severely allergic to. This item was added to my salad despite being told the salad didn't come with cucumbers. The FACT is; it's a matter of law. A restaurant has A DUTY OF CARE to insure a customer not be sold food that they stated they were not to eat, based on allergic reactions in the past, needing an epi pen to avoid going into anaphylactic shock. Following up, I attempted to discuss the situation but was given a comp ticket for another salad. The manger did not even speak to me. I am still waiting to resolve this issue and have started to explore finding a remedy that will resolve this matter. Rock and Brews needs a course in food safety and customer etiquette. I don't feel that any other facility/department at Rolling Hills can be criticized in this way. ALL the other employees at Rolling Hills are above reproach, providing an extraordinary, pleasant experience which I would rate FIVE Stars. It's unfortunate I have to share this review . But I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Only downside, sometimes the cold air blows on your table in the winter,.. but summer is coming. Good food, like the daily specials. Everyone likes watching the bot with the dirty dishes go by

Came in for to go food my girl ordered 2 appetizers at 715 I arrived at 730 by 746 no bartender has asked if I wanted anything I feel neglected still waiting for the food 750 now if not for the comps I will not dine here food subpar

This place is horrible. Everytime I walk in there, I'm sitting around for 30mins+ at the bar waiting to be served. I literally sat for over half an hour waiting. And that was only for the menu! All the waiters and waitresses just look at you and serve the bigger parties first.They also give off the impression that they don't want to be there. When they actually feel the need to walk up to you and take your order, and the wait to get your food, the food just isnt worth the wait and definitely not worth the price. This is everytime I go here, and I definitely will not be returning. 0 out 5 stars, do not recommend.
