Caution!! These apartments are infested with black mold and is ignored by management. I will be reporting this to the health department. They do not give back any security deposit after lease agreement expires and charge for cleaning the walls. Then charge an additional cleaning fee. They take forever to fix any problems that occur. There is also no visitor parking available and will call the tow company so they can get a kick back

We used to live there for 7 years every six month they increase the rent , and when we moved finally they charged a lot ,even we cleaned . Cleared all trash , moved check out with manager , she told everything is ok that time.later on they send big amount of bill.
