Really torn about this place. Ricardo, the maintenance man is the best thing about this place. Hes extremely, generous and friendly. But hes definitely overworked. He manages this property and also eight 80. We often see him randomly pulling into this place at night when he could be with his family for random issues that happen here because the place is basically falling apart. When we moved in, hair was painted into the walls. Looked like holes were patched over literally with paper, tape and paint. The sink was also painted over inside and the rust just comes right through it. A load of laundry has been stolen and were missing tons of other random clothes. Including about 7 pairs of my underwear which is disturbing. I watched someone snooping around in the dryers the other day - it was a man and the laundry was full of womens underwear I saw the girl later who was coming to grab her laundry and she confirmed that she did not know him I told the property management and they said file a police report and Ive heard nothing else. Theres no cameras or security in this place either. Weve seen people hopping the fences and the carport wall into the ravine area as well. Also my husband and I had something random happen with our rent and we were overcharged due to a mistake - its fine and mistakes are made but the problem is that we have reached out and reached out and barley get a response it feels hopeless. Dead rats on the property - our dog bit one and got tapeworm. Cockroaches arent too bad and I get theyre common here but its still a bit gross because the apartment itself is run down and feels gross already. The vinyl is peeling off of the cabinets. Im concerned we wont get our deposit back because knowing the apartments it seems they bleed you dry for whatever they can, including charging you $40 a month for trash which most of the time is piling up outside and looks really bad. Theres been a random couch falling apart just sitting out there for months now and Im pretty sure animals live in it We also have to pay $100 to even park here. for two spots we had no other choice because we have 2 cars and theres nowhere else to park. Paying this much to park in a place where we are paying to live already is ridiculous dude. No on site property management either. kinda makes the place feels more peaceful but if something bad comes up youre in for a good wait.. honestly shocked udr even responds to these reviews in such a swift manner Our neighbors are friendly so thats been nice. And the outside is kept up really well. My husband and I just got married and I guess every young couple always has that sketchy weird 1st apartment this is definitely it Its not horrible, and Ive had some good experiences with management, but lately its definitely been a rough experience. And I do not feel safe walking around outside by myself here.

I lived here for one year from 2022-23. Overall the community is quiet and people are friendly. The pool is cleaned regularly, washing machined tend to work. Some things to know before you decide to live here: - The management company, UDR, is highly unresponsive to calls or emails and the on-property rep is almost never there. In other words, it's alright living there if no major issues come up. - The maintenance guy, Ricardo, is great and responsive. His fixes are sometimes not real fixes, though. - UDR ended up charging me way more than they told me in my move out inspection. I was told $125 or so but was billed $220. Again, did not fight this because the lack of responsiveness from management made me worried I would rack up interest on that payment due. - People who are not residents drive into the property of offload broken furniture and other such trash leading to overloaded dumpsters most of the time. Management does not seem to even notice.
