I can't believe we must give it a star to be able to post something lol. But anyways I went to see the place today 10/04/23. The guy in the front desk left a horrible impression to me as well as my husband. He looked at us and he wouldn't get up nor try to talk to us. I came to the conclusion that some people shouldn't be working in the field their in.

Rude and not fair people . sounds prejudging potencial tenants I asked is theres downstairs unit coz I have some disabilities Miguel I think thats his name has no enthusiasm . he said they dont have downstairs unit. I asked when does he think they going to have some available he said no. No what no downstairs ??i went there before about 3 years ago they have downstairs units. are you reserving those units for people you know or people you like. lol looks like you prejudging people or just plain bias to asian , older with disabilities or what Miguel? are you trained and experienced answering the phone. Make sure you follow fair housing and employment law.

Never got the chance to live here, the price and unit enticed me. However, the property manager is incredible rude and does not explain anything well. The manager will cut you off and claim to have explained things adequately; when really, all he's left you with is is empty open ended statements so you are forced to infer your own conclusions. Probably a blessing in disguise that I will not be living here, seems like a nightmare.

My friend has had a horrible time the last four years He never was late and the notice he was supposedly served a notice to vacate but unfortunately this letter was sent to the wrong address.

Just called for my daughter and her infant son. From the beginning of the phone call the manager was INCREDIBLY rude and said that he would not allow a young single mother to live there with her small infant son, that apartments were for one occupant only, which he continually repeated. I am wondering why he chose to conduct himself in such a rude and abrasive way from the moment I called-perhaps because I am a female?? I think that the management company should review his conduct and discrimination policies and remove him immediately. It is outright discrimination when you deny a singly mother occupancy in your apartments-which I believe is illegal.
