        Apartments built in 1974, interiors very outdated, popcorn ceilings, old stained vinyl and old carpet, pink beige walls, asbestos warning in cabinetry. If your sink backs up or is clogged could be 2-3 days before you receive a response. It appears tenants who have been here for 2+ years are now paying for the improvements that they cannot benefit from - the existing tenants now pay increased rent every year to pay for the remodel of each newly vacant unit. Newer tenants will initially pay less in rent than the existing tenants living with original conditions, no improvements. Mgmt. will not upgrade your unit if you have been here for 2+years and you cannot request to move in to an upgraded unit even if you are willing to pay a higher rent.

        Out dated apartments but with high rent. Stuck in 1989 cabinets and even thermostat. Been here for 11 months and raised rent cause all the new tenants have new flooring n blinds. so I'm expected to PAY MORE RENT...
