        The houses are fine but the management is absolutely terrible. Only open during the weekdays, during working hours. How am I supposed to go the office when I work myself!? Even on the weekdays they take constant breaks so don't expect your phone calls to be answered promptly. Some of the maintenance crew have been pretty rude to me too. Finally, there are no drop boxes for rent, so you have to pay online with a transaction fee added on top. Ridiculous.

        Good place for the price to live in costa mesa, Orange County. Pros: Calm area, good neighbour, not a lot of noise, near a lot of stores ( south coast, target..) Cons: They cut the grass sometimes early in the morning at 9 am and it is loud. ( not too often tho).

        I have been here 10 years, plus some. It is quiet, clean and everyone on staff friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is the best you will find anywhere, parking good, amenities great and rental rates are very reasonable!
