A.P.C. South Coast Plaza

On top of being one of the coolest stores, everyone who works there is so helpful and kind! An overall great shopping experience. The clothes are amazing, and the employees truly care and are super attentive. 10/10 :-)

I don't even know where to begin... Let me start with this: UNPARALLELED STAFF. I have shopped at hundreds of fashion retailers, but I've never experienced a staff that has such a strong sense of compassion for every person who walks through the door. From Nicolette to Mark, Leila, Ricky, and Aldo... EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS A+ TALENT. Mark has done an incredible job cultivating an infectiously positive atmosphere at this store. They don't make excuses when I have any questions about items that are sold out. They're always looking out for the customer and even finding the best ways to deliver the BEST shopping + client experience. I've recommended this specific location to my mom, sister, friends, cousins, etc. And I don't write reviews on Google often... so I mean it when I say you will be doing yourself a disservice by not working with the people here in person. I hope more stores take an example from how amazing this staff is, and create similar shopping experiences like the folks at APC South Coast have. Nicolette, Leila, Mark, and Ricky, thank you for always taking care of the ladies in my life, and all of our needs! YOU GUYS ARE SUPERSTARS. Cheers!!
