Hired for $50,000 retainer to assist with researching ineffective counsel for my son...Wiped my tears over lunch Took my money SAT on the case for nearly a year...Became incorrigibly defensive when I insisted on receiving accounting of his time...Refused to communicate regarding the case Refused to provide reasonable updates Refused to provide basic accounting....When confronted with written demands for such accounting HE QUIT left us in the dark without ever filling for any motions for my son or getting necessary evaluations that we were Promised were in progress. Unethical and Ego Driven Man...Shelly isn't much better...she is not a Mental Health Criminal expert...ALL LIES...never even knew how to contact the prison to assist my son when he had self harmed to the point of being hospitalized. Easy to take 50k....harder to show how u spent the money when u did ZERO WORK....see you in court Bob
