I went to visit the boutique last Monday to check out a few leather items. The stylist Nicolette was helpful and very courteous. The place was clean and well kept. I bought a Marcie leather piece. She took care of me and my little girl while waiting for my purchase.Overall, my experience with her was pleasant and will come back again soon. Thank you!

My SA was such a doll along with ALL of the employees in the store. She made sure to answer all of my questions and made my purchasing experience great! I usually buy my Chloe handbags from Nordstrom or Neiman but this is my go to store from now on. I'm so sad I didn't get her name!

I tried to exchange some shoes i got for Christmas from their website and they refused to take them back. I cancelled my entire order. Won't shop here again. Such poor customer service.

This is a late review but a vey deserving one. I decided to have time off on my birthday and treat myself. Went to South Coast to see if anything catches my eye but I might have gone and checked most stores but nothing really spoke to me. I passed by Chloe and immediately an SA name Shilan offered me something to drink. I get my stuff mostly through a personal shopper since US inventory and selection is actually pretty boring. If you have friends in Dubai, Europe and Asia, then you know what I mean.What Shilan did to me was a big deal for me. NONE of the other store offered me a drink. She was very friendly and accommodating. She's the perfect example of a great customer service that we don't get much these days anymore. I told her I know someone that works at Nordie that could give me discount and she said with no hesitation, "that's wonderful you get it cheaper there". I don't like feeling pressured to get stuff if I'm not entirely sure yet but she made me feel so welcomed and treated me with kindness. I went back few days later and got a bag, shoes and accessories. Thank you, Shilan!
