Abercrombie & Fitch

I love Abercrombie, but I avoid this location as much as possible due to the sales representatives attitudes. They often seem disinterested, as if customers are a nuisance and theyre just there to look good and socialize with other associates. The least friendly staff members always seem to be assigned to the dressing room area

Honestly, Abercrombie has gotten loads nicer since like 10 years ago. Lots of selection, the store doesnt smell insanely of cologne anymore and the clothing is much more chic and wearable across age groups. Nice selection of denim!

Buyer beware: Very rigid return policy, even for new-with-tags unworn merchandise. Brands like this will not survive without showing more regard for and concern for the customer. Shoppers will take our dollars elsewhere! Nordstrom reigns supreme with top offerings and flexible return policy. Learn from them, Abercrombie & Fitch.

Store sells garbage. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Everytime I walk into this location, it's a disaster. Clothes on the floor and junk. Purchased item which were clearly already used.
