Sol at West Village

I lived here for almost three years, the network has never been stable/fast, 20+ times wifi outage that last two days or more. --8/24-9/12 (finally I got wifi back on 12th) "what are you seeing when connecting your devices" is what I got after 10days without internet. It's ridiculous to see it took that long for them to response and not a single thing has changed since the internet broke. Here I list all the interenet breakdown during 2022-2023 --10/15-10/22 --10/25-10/28 --11/11-11/19 --12/19-12/23 Also, I had problem when requesting maintenance. I've request a maintenance for the in-unit washing machine but no one came to fix it, it's literally a month and they still don't even have the parts they need to fix it. It's just a sealing-ring. (the photo below) They kept saying they've ordered the parts, but IMO it is totally unacceptable for a property, with more than a thousands people lived in, does not even have one small washing machine part in stock for maintenance. --May 24th-June 29th

I lived at sol for 2 years. Overall it was good, nice to have to gym so close and everything included. The pool wasnt open half the time though, which was not great.

Wonderful place to live. The events they plan for residents here are so fun, the office staff are so kind.
