Sterling 5th Street

Stayed for a year and I was glad to call it home. The staffs are very nice , friendly, and will do whatever it takes tk make your learning experience in Davis homey & comfortable. New furnished apartment , high ceiling , minimalist design. I graduated for class 2022.

Sterling 5th is an amazing apartment complex, especially for students. The units are spacious and there's a wide range of luxury amenities that are available for you, your family, and friends. The staff members give neighbors opportunities to come together and do really fun activities. Also, it's a safe place with support from numerous amazing staff who make you feel very welcomed from the day you move in. When issues arise, staff members make it their objective to hear, understand, and guide you to a solution. I would highly recommend Sterling 5th to anyone looking to stay in Davis :)

Very disappointed and definitely not worth the price. Edited 12/3/22: To the managers point about parcel, I signed up when I moved in but packages were still left outside and being stolen. Dont say anything useless and start to check resident ID when picking up packages. Original review on 12/2/22: Packages are constantly stolen from the office, anyone can go into the storage room and check your stuff. No measures have been implemented after reporting this issue to the office. Lost a pair of $150 worth shoes, several Amazon packages, also heard someone else lost his new iPhone and other valuable packages. Deliveries are stolen or mistaken as well within this neighborhood.

Lost packages after signing up the parcel delivery, so what is the purpose I spent 5 dollars to sign up? Why putting packages into a storage room that everyone can get in without showing any id? Office would tell you: we are not responsible for the lost. Ok, then what's the function of the parcel? You ask renters to sign up and keep their items in your area, and then you are not responsible for any issue. I have never experienced so many lost of packages in any apartment except here, just never. To be honest, I don't even know the package could 'disappear' from an apartment office before I move here.
