In choosing Providential Mortgage as my mortgage broker, I could not have made a better decision as a First Time Home Buyer. Tuan and his team are very professional, knowledgable, patient and guides you through every step of the process.
They are very responsive not just to your questions and concerns, but also to any other party that youre involved with, in the entire home buying process.
I cant stress the importance of having not just a knowledgable loan officer who puts your interests first, but also someone who works seamlessly with all other parties involved in the transaction.

Tuan and his team made things really easy! Even though this isn't my first loan, it's still a confusing process and I appreciate the patience they had with me in explaining the timeframe and process.
Danielle & Tuan would email/text/call within a few hours if not less when I emailed/texted with a question. They took the time after my work hours (6pm) and were available all night if I wanted to speak/ask a question. I really appreciate the "above and beyond". The customer service they provided will keep them in my books for the next refinance or loan.
