My Fianc and I recently closed on our new home and Hal was there every step of the way with amazing support! From beginning to end he answered any questions we had and since we're first time home buyers, we had a lot. He was very responsive and even told us not to hesitate to reach out to him at night if we had any questions or needed any help. He helped us through all the documents we had to sign and even made videos for us to watch explaining everything. Would definitely come back when if we decide to purchase another property in the future!

Hal and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with!
I initially contacted Hal in 2021 to get an estimate of how much of a house I could afford. He was able to run some numbers and provide more guidance and insight to me as a first timer. Unfortunately, it was during the pandemic, and I wasnt as financially confident.
Fast forward to 2023, I chose to work with Hal again. This time with a partner, so the budget and situation was completely different. Still not the most financially confident since interest rates were hovering around 8%. However, Hal was very adaptable and gave us various loan strategies as well as home buying scenarios. He was always very responsive even when we contacted him during the evenings and weekends. When we finally found a home and was in escrow, Hal would send us helpful videos of him explaining the loan disclosures in a concise, digestible manner. He was able to help us close in 21 days, which gave us an advantage to the other bidder.
I will definitely work with him again for refinancing or home buying needs in the future and would highly recommend to everyone else!
