Canyon Springs Townhome Apartments

Canyon Springs Townhomes: Was set to move in August 4th with a $2000 deposit. We are notified August 2nd that we had to pay a double deposit so total move in of over $9,000. we move in August 11th. August 13th the A/C unit goes out and leaks through ceiling. took almost a week for that to get repaired due to either no one in office or no one ever picking up the phone. August 20th we had our downstairs flooded from the rain. Our Unit did not get fully repaired till October. Our water and sewage bill more than doubled as well. Management does not respond to emails. and its always a new person in the office. Nov 3rd we pay our rent and on nov 7th we get a 3 day notice but we have proof they cashed the check. and added a 5% late fee. And yet still cannot reach management. Never rent a fpi property i do not understand how theyre still in business. We pay $3195 in rent which is pure greed to begin with. theres no more onsite maintenance due to everyone quitting. the day we moved in the carpet was dirty and things broken. they do not care about anything other than money. being here only 3 months we should not have this many issues least they can do is provide a 1 month credit especially after paying $9,585 to move in when we were orginally told $5,195. and paid holding fees. in my 3 months here we have delt with 5 different apartment managers. we have kids in highschool and were looking for a long term home but we cannot even reach management even via email. theres no sense of urgency. and these are just some issues.

Lets just say this is a awesome community to raise a family!! Come on in stop by the office and ask for Kim. Youll know her by her wonderful smile and welcoming heart. If you have any questions simple or small Kim goes above and beyond to help fix/solve. Ive never had a manger be so efficient and quick! The groundsmen and maintenance crew are just as awesome Moses being one. Always smiling greeting you with a wave and willing to assist you at anytime!! I couldnt have picked a more beautiful safer place to move!! Close to dinning shopping etc perfect for a nice walk even pet friendly plus playground and pool. Something for everyone in the family

Second time we stayed here. Place was great. quite and very very clean. Get a chance stay here. Wont regret it
