The worst every receptionist, very rude and unprofessional

I had a disappointing visit to due to the incompetence and rudeness of the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this receptionist lacked basic organizational skills and customer service etiquette.
Firstly, my appointment was scheduled weeks in advance, yet upon arrival, I was kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time without any explanation or apology. The receptionist seemed more interested in chatting on the phone with a friend than attending to patients waiting to be seen.
Furthermore, when I attempted to inquire about the delay, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of professionalism. It was as if my concerns were of no importance to her.
To make matters worse, when it was finally my turn to be seen by the dentist, the receptionist had failed to properly update my insurance information, causing unnecessary confusion and delay in processing my claim.
Overall, my experience at was marred by the ineptitude and disrespect displayed by their receptionist. I would strongly advise anyone considering this practice to seek dental care elsewhere, unless they enjoy being treated with utter disregard and frustration.

We drive 20 miles each way because this is the best kids dentist in San Diego for lots of reasons. Two of my three kids even got their braces here, and we love the staff. Ive been to many other dentist offices, and this one is the best by far!

We were a little late to our appointment but they still took our 2 girls to look at their dental appliances! So far the girls have enjoyed their visits with Dr. Olen and Dr. Mauer. They really know how to connect with kids; especially when those kids have specialized needs.
