Staff was pleasant and helpful. I think her name was Emily was going above and beyond to make sure my son felt safe and happy.
Everything about this business is so kid friendly (ambiance, setting items, balloons at the end etc.) Very necessary to help kids feel great during their experience. Initially had my 3 year old going to my own adult dentist and going to this pediatric is NIGHT and DAY in terms of results, comfort for my son, and interactions!! Very thankful. My aunt also brings her kids (13, 15 y.o) here and has been since they were kids.
Been loving going here and will not change! Looking forward to our next visit.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Chan ever since he first went to the dentist. Pre-school age. He is now in High School. My Niece has the same history with Dr. Chan from the 90's, pre-school to High School. The entire office has been nothing less than wonderful, patient, and understanding. If only my personal dentist would work together with my insurance company like Dr. Chan's office does.

Dr. Ryan is so great and I am so impressed with the patience, caring attitude, and flexibility of the staff and dentist. My son needed some cavities filled and they had so many options to try to help him get through the process. We had almost decided on coming back because he was just having such a hard time - as we were waiting in the waiting room to reschedule, my son said "I think I want to try again. I think I am ready to be brave." ... I asked him if he was sure and he said he was. Well, they were happy to have him come back again and get back on the chair and they completed the work that needed to be done. During a visit, you can either stay in the room with your child, or wait in the waiting room. I have been coming here for 2 years with my son and the staff is amazing and so attentive. I can't say enough positive things about this office.
