Good location, but the pillow sheets burned my skin. Probably too much bleach on them, caused a rash on my ears for a few days. Perhaps use less harmful detergent to wash them. The best thing about it was that checkout is at 12pm instead of 11am. People around were somewhat loud during the early hours. Wish there was more noise protection. Curtains block out the sunlight pretty well so that's good too. After fees it was about $115 when purchased on a third party website. With about $20-$30 more you could probably get something better With some investment, the rooms could be considerably improved (popcorn texture is very outdated). Safety: The area of Encinitas is safe. But this being an inn means there's people from anywhere here it would of course feel safer in a hotel where you don't have windows in the walkways.

Great location if you want to go to Legoland or San Diego. A good hotel if you only spend the night.

George always provides excellent customer service. Very clean and comfortable rooms, though a bit cozy, with excellent beds and bedding, mini fridge and microwave. Nice pool area. Close to everything in North County. Easy walk to downtown Encinitas.

Cockroaches in room. Room dirty with broken toilet and faucet. Housekeeping did not come. Upstairs neighbor arrested by sheriffs department.
