What an incredible experience had in this Resort. Valet parking was very professional and friendly when I pull up. Front desk agent were extremely welcoming and asked me questions that made feel cared and seen during the check in process. Food was phenomenal at Vaga!! Def high end restaurant! Rooms: Beautiful, breath taking and spacious. Nearby activities: Close to a lot of restaurants and the beach! Food & drinks: Delicious high end food

You will never find more helpful valets in the business - and with my extensive travel history that is saying mucho. Jake started the ball rolling by calling me a cab (which for some reason the attendant at the front desk would not). But after waiting well past the arrival time, But let's talk about Artin. I had the idea of just calling an uber on his phone (my phone is molten lava at the bottom of a burnt out Tesla!) and he took the chance and we both did really well - me getting to my meeting on time and Artin and Jake deserve the credit. I also had the pleasure of going to the bar on the third floor and was guided by Jeff who had the answer to every question and taught me (a PHD candidate) a thing or three of the various spirits. I hope my checking credentials arrive soon but I can already tell the room will be everything hoped for and more. Thank you! Tom Belligan

The dates, March 30th to April 2nd, marked a unique occasion as my mother and I celebrated our 75th and 35th birthdays respectively. The resort's team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Melika at the front desk. Her warm, welcoming demeanor set the tone for our stay. She was efficient and professional during the check-in process, making it seamless and quick. To our surprise and delight, Melika arranged for a complimentary birthday gift to be sent to our room. The thoughtful gesture of a bottle of Champagne, a charcuterie board, chocolate-covered strawberries, and cookies was a delightful start to our stay. The spa experience at the resort was another highlight. Brasnick and his team provided an amazing deep tissue massage experience that was therapeutic, relaxing, and rejuvenating. Their skill and attention to detail were evident in their services, leaving us feeling pampered and well taken care of. Our mornings were made even more delightful by the staff at Vaga Restaurant. Brandon, Jeremy, and Cole were consistently attentive, friendly, and efficient. Their service contributed to a great start to our days, enhancing our overall dining experience with their excellent service and the restaurant's delicious breakfast offerings. The valet staff also deserve special mention. Their service was always prompt and polite, making our comings and goings from the resort effortless. Their professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated and added to the overall exceptional service we experienced during our stay. In conclusion, our stay at Alila Marea Beach Resort was a wonderful experience. The exceptional service we received from the staff, coupled with the beautiful setting and fantastic amenities, made our dual birthday celebration truly memorable. We look forward to returning to this gem of a resort in the future.
