I got sent here to get my wisdom teeth removed and everyone was so nice, and professional. From the front to the back. The Dr. was so fast and the whole experience was unbelievable in a good way. I was super anxious but they made the experience pain-free. I just found out they are also a general office, so guess who will be transferring here? yup, me ;0

AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN! Even a one star does not do justice to the level of service they provide. Where do I start? Firstly you are really lucky if you can get them on the phone, always goes into voicemail. Somehow managed to get an appointment, next step get a dental procedure quote. They were supposed to come back but apparently too busy for even getting back! Been over 3 weeks anda part from my tooth aching more, no quote has till date arrived. One time managed to get them on phone they promised to get back to me but never did. All in all a horrible experience.

This place is a Joke. So I called them to make an appointment to redo a root canal/crown, and Danyella answered, she asked me to email my referral to her and she will call me back in 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. I emailed my referral to her email address that she provided and also to the general email address of North County Dental. Its been over a week and nobody has called me back and its been impossible to get ahold of them. Ive literally called them probably 25 times and nobody ever answers the phone. I give up, I will take my business elsewhere.

I had so much fun when I went there and I was shocked that I had fun at a dental office, but I have to say it was due to the bedside manner of Paulina. Not only did she make me feel welcomed, but she communicated with me in a way that I can understand. Im definitely going to return and get that work done.

I've been waiting months to see the Endodontist at this place for a root canal retreat. First, unbeknownst to me, they schedule me a consult with a dentist. (I've already seen dentist and have a referral for an Endodontist. I called to see an endodontist. They share an office with the dentist, and will tell you they are separate, but come on.) Then, they schedule me with the Endodontist, but only for a consult. Turns out they scheduled me for MLK Day, and oh, what a coincidence, the doctor calls in sick! So they reschedule my appointment for a month away. Don't offer me any cancellations or to squeeze me in any sooner, EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION THAT IS BEING SERIOUSLY AFFECTED BY THIS INFECTED TOOTH. I wait a month. A week before, I get super sick, have to go to ER. Am counting the days till my appointment, taking super strong antibiotics. Friday they call to confirm. I'm so relieved. Then they call back to reschedule for earlier. (Great, because I'm driving an hour and a half to get there, but oh well, the important thing is I get to see the Endodontist right?) Around that point I think, oh, wow, it's President's Day. But they just rescheduled me for earlier. Obviously they wouldn't do that if they were not working that day, that would be nuts. They've already confirmed my appointment, and the moved it to a different time. There's no way the Dr is going to cancel on me now right?!?!? WRONG. THEY JUST CALLED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT!!! And the next available appointment is next month. 3 weeks away. They offered me me a referral to another office that doesn't take my insurance. Why would I drive an hour and a half to an office that won't take my insurance when I could drive down the street for that?!?! Or even just go to Mexico?!? Seriously, that's the best you can do?!?!? Shame on you North County Dental Specialty!!!
