I recently visited Driven Auto Care to get a an opinion on a brake estimate from my regular mechanic. To my surprise, Driven Auto care team welcomed me and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle on top of giving the estimate for my brakes. Though I couldnt proceed with the repairs here, I still appreciate the quality of support I received here. I would like to make a special mention about John at front desk who was awesome. He was very detail oriented and went above and beyond in explaining me the details of the estimate. He was not pushy in selling me the estimate which I greatly appreciate.

Ask there labour charges before give your vehicle. Expensive than dealerships service. Zero star.

Got basic 30000 miles service for my Mazda CX-30 at a very reasonable rates. Facility managed by Jon Franco is very friendly and thorough.

This was my first time taking my car somewhere other than the dealership for maintenance. My dealership was quoting me $1600 for a 60K major service. So, I am happy I found Driven Auto. They inspected my car and provided me a detailed itemized list of what was checked and the service that they recommend. I was able to easily decline or approve each service recommendation. I paid so much less than $1600 and still got quality service.
Jon, was also kind and knowledgeable in checking-in with me. Highly recommend!
