My service here have always been quick and I never felt pressured to do anything. Devron was the person who helped me. He was really nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Communication was clear and there were no surprises. I would definitely come back and ask for him again!

I took my car in for a regular service and to have a couple safety features checked out, as theyd been malfunctioning. My local dealership had not been taking me seriously, dismissing these problems completely, and I had not been feeling fully safe. Also, theres a recall on the fuel pump for my car, and my local dealership absolutely NO information about the expected timeline for its replacement, nor how I could feel more reassured of my safety while driving. However, at AutoNation Honda, the service technicians not only took all of these problems seriously, they showed appropriate professional empathy with my concerns. They gave me helpful info about the recall and driving safety. They ran full diagnostics on the malfunctioning safety features, verified the problem, and gave me quotes for for repairing each of them (2) separately, as well as a package deal for repairing them in the same visit. I have the CarDoc maintenance package, and learned that it is not through American Honda, but a specific automotive group of which they are not members, so I choose to pass on the routine maintenance in this visit. Jason, my service representative, was very helpful and informative, and I was easily able to find another dealership that takes CarDoc, and already have an appointment for the routine maintenance. In spite of the fact that AutoNation did not perform the maintenance, they did perform an evaluation of standard items, such as battery life, tire wear, remaining % of brake pads, alignment, etc., and provided me with with a printout of the results. Before I left, they gave my car an exterior wash, which was much appreciated! And they were all really great with my dog. Im done with my local dealership! Id rather drive to Fremont for things that are not covered by CarDoc. I feel safer as a result of the info I received, and much more respected as a result of the professionalism shown.
