I have actually just started my dental treatment. I go back on December 27 and test fit my implants. The staff are just absolutely excellent. I am looking forward to the finish results.

The beginning of this process was great set high expectations and made promises to make this an easy and painless as possible! Unfortunately after have 7 bottoms teeth removed and skin grafting done I have been tossed out by my oral surgeon Dr Rabey due to medication I have been prescribed and they have had knowledge about since day one! I went for my consultation with Cindy there for a hour and a half listening and sharing all my personal information. I went back for payment and impressions. Then went back in for a second check in the confirm placement and comfortability. I expressed my concern about pain management due to the current medication I take. I got a letter of recommendation from my clinic advising Clear Choice and Dr Rabey their comfort in my being treated as any normal patient. The day of surgery I was given a set of expectations from their oral surgeon Dr. Rabey which he advised me that has his own practice in Fresno but is contracted with Clear Choice for surgical procedures. Day of surgery comes and Dr Rabey states that he feels comfortable with prescribing 3 days of pain medication with him allotting me 1 day of medication at a time. On the 2nd day I had to call multiple times to get the medication called in and was unable to get it till 8:30 pm. The following day which was the 21st without luck of getting through I was not given medication. Today is February 22nd, I call the office speak to the surgical nurse and after her speaking to Dr Rabey twice and being rejected to receive pain medication I got to speak with David General Manager at Clear Choice that is directing me to our local Emergency Room for pain management because he is unable to assist me due to the fact prescribing medication is out of scope of work and since Dr Rabey feels the surgery is less invasive there is nothing he can do to change his thoughts. I am beyond beat down from this lack of care. The lack of code of ethics and discrimination against a patient for being completely honest and upfront about all medications. If my case was out of their scope of treatment then I should of been told so and refunded my money. Clear Choice is great but they cant do anything to help you when youre asking for help after moneys taken and surgical treatments arent up to par!! Do further reach on whom your oral surgeon is prior to moving further!

This place is a joke. They are promising people a smile in one day and that is clearly not possible if you are going in and having teeth removed all in the same day. I had gone with my daughter the day of her surgery for her extractions and and that promised smile in one day. Wow she walks out from recovery and I'm like are you OK....she's like mom look at my teeth. Wow I felt furious as I could see that someone didn't know what they were doing. These dentures looked as if a 6 year old had mad them. My daughter looked like Bucky Beaver and this idiots expected her to water them. Real crooks.....

The cost of 4 implants 12 crowns (1 Arch) is $30,000. They say the exam and x rays are supposedly free. If you ask for the results they will want charge you $1,000 for the results of the free exam mentioned in their website. If you decide not to continue your treatment they will tell you to go in person. When you go in person to cancel they will want to charge for consultation instead to cancel. They will try by all means you to get your treatment there. They will not stop calling you. The first thing they will do the first day of your supposed free examination they will make you accept to get a loan. If you decide not to continue they will take money from the loan they make you apply for. My experience there. Be careful. If you do not believe me go ahead and see it for yourself. I will pay 5,000 in Turkey with hotel, transportation and food included. Vacation and treatment at the same time.
