If I could give no stars I would for this place and it was just over the phone contact with them so I wanted everyone to know that when I just called to ask the general inquire about if they were accepting new patients and about my dental insurance and what not. First off, the lady on the phone couldn't hear me. She was asking me like 3-4 times on the phone who my insurance was? I keep telling her what the name was.....Ohhhh so frustrating!! And since she kept telling me the wrong names for my insurance and I had to keep correcting her then she got the office manager on the phone instead. I told the manager what information we were talking about with the girl on the phone. So the manager can on the phone was rude and said, "first of all she is not supposed to be working up in the front," all nasty and so rude. So I just told her that I will call someone else a different dentist and hung up. If they treat you this way on the phone can u imagine what it would be like in person?? ""IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY, IT'S HOW YOU SAY IT."" I'm glad they acted this way it was a blessing in disguise that's for sure!!
