The Brand

We stayed at The Brand for one year and enjoyed our time here. The staff was helpful and friendly and one bedroom lofts w/ street access were nice especially considering the overall location. The cost of the unit went up to renew another year and wasn't necessary to splurge on a loft and the savings switching to a standard one bedroom weren't there otherwise we would still be leasing.

This has been an amazing experience all the way through. Brittany and her team has been the most helpful and made me feel super comfortable since I moved in. Beautiful building with amazing amenities and insane location. So stoked to be living at The Brand.

Overall, this is a good apartment. I must say I was a bit worried because of the other reviews that I had read about this place; they are mostly not true at least now that I am here. I am not claiming that the other people were wrong when they wrote their reviews, it's just that things may have changed now. With that, below is a summary of my experience so far. My unit is very quiet, and although some of my neighbors have pets they are not very noisy. There were a few minor issues when I got they keys but the staff fixed the problems very fast. The common areas are clean, and there is always a fresh scent everywhere. They vacuum the common areas everyday (I hear it). The gym is nice and nothing is broken. The EV chargers work although they are busy most of the time (this is the only apartment community in the Glendale that has them though). And most importantly, the staff are friendly and responsive. I didn't give a 5 star review because of my contract signing experience. When I got here to get the keys, they said that the contract has been lost and I should sign it again. When I looked at the new contract there was no rent concession (the special discount that they advertise). This was 2 weeks off of the rent when I initially signed the contract. Long story short, they gave me a $1000 discount at the end but the whole experience was not good. That being said, this is a good apartment.
