        Poor management. AC barely works, no central HVAC, roaches, garbage. Not comfortable.

        This would be a great place to live (great location, staff generally helpful, quiet). However, the constant water shut off or no hot water and fire alarms have made it the experience terrible. Other issues could be fixed I.e. its non smoking but people smoke, the dog area needs to be picked up after and washed down, people leave trash or large furniture near the trash chutes and it stays for a longtime.
