Overall, everything went well and Im happy with the service so far, very minimal pain the next day. The dentist was really nice too. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star rating is how payment was handled. I was sitting in the exam chair ready to begin the procedure when the assistant came over and wanted payment before starting. I obviously looked confused, its not normal to pay until after a service is provided. I was paying out of pocket so that move had me thinking they were either unsure I could pay for it and/or didnt trust me for some reason. Felt a bit awkward, mostly embarrassing as my regular dentist doesnt do that. That was the only thing that bothered me, everything else was good.

Dr Kaceh Pajouhan and her entire Endodontics team was absolutely wonderful. Their focus on my care as a patient was apparent. My treatment was successful experiencing little to no discomfort, post procedure. Good doctors are hard to find. I highly recommend Glendale Endodontics.

I want to thank the doctor and the staff of this office. The root canal sucked but wasnt as bad as I thought. I felt no pain after the procedure and my toothdoes not hurt anymore.
