L.A. Smiles Endodontics: Kristina Shagramanova DDS

Im scared to death of dental procedures, but I had the greatest experience with Dr. Niloofar Khosravian. Shes super quick, friendly and caring doctor. She did root canal for me and did her best to have less stress and pain. Im allergic to latex and its a very big issue for some doctors but shes wonderful, it was the most helpful doctor I ever had. Shes knowledgeable and helpful, explains everything and making sure that the patient is ok during the procedure. Also thanks to the office staff for being so helpful from front desk to assistants. Thank you Doctor Khosravian for the great experience.

Dr. Kristina is truly the best dentist I've been to in a very long time. I was always nervous about getting a root canal but she made it feel like it was nothing. She's very patient, thorough, and loves what she does. From the front desk ladies to the nurses, and Dr. Kristina, thank you very much for being the best dental group I've been to.

If you can avoid this place, do it. They only care about your money, zero about you. It is like dealing with a corporation. Overpriced and unprofessional people. I do not recommend this place. Kristina charged me hundreds of dollars just to see my tooth and let me know that I have to go to any dentist to pull my tooth out, she maybe spent 2 minutes checking my tooth, that was it and then she suddenly disappeared like magic, never saw her again.

I recently visited LA Smiles Endodontics and had an exceptional experience. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. In addition, the insurance coordinator/biller, Tina, demonstrated an exceptional understanding of pricing and attentively catered to my needs, providing knowledgeable and personalized assistance with my billing inquiries. Dr. fathi, was truly exceptional. Her professionalism and expertise was evident throughout the visit, and her approach immediately put me at ease. I was particularly impressed by the dentists skillful and easy hand, which alleviated any apprehensions I had about the procedure. Overall, my visit to LA Smiles Endodontics was characterized by welcoming front desk a knowledgeable medical biller, and an exceptional and professional dentist. I highly recommend LA smiles endodontics to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Dental work terrifies me and Ive been fortunate enough not to need much over the years. However, I recently broke off part of a tooth that was already chipped and had to get a root canal. Upon arriving, I initially missed the driveway as its on the side and very small. The parking lot is hidden in the back and small, but otherwise overall experience was great. Let me just say this office is amazing!! From the friendly and professional staff both over the phone and in person to the beautiful, emaculate office, I was quite impressed. Then, the doctor comes in to see me and although my anxiety was super high, she eased my mind, was very gentle and made sure I was doing okay throughout the entire process. I had very minimal pain or discomfort overall (including the initial numbing injections). This wasnt a short drive for me but I would absolutely do it again because they truly care about their patients and I HIGHLY recommend them!
