I am so grateful I was introduced to Mayra and Southland Properties. Due to this crazy market my home search took quite some time. I saw A LOT of properties. Mayra was nothing but patient, helpful, and extremely kind throughout the entire process of looking. Her wonderful service did not stop there, and when I had an offer accepted she was right there with me through the entire escrow process. I know that she was working with other clients but she always made me feel like I was the only one! Working with Daniel was easy and he made us feel good about our decisions. Didn't push us to do anything just because other clients did and educated us along the way. He sold our condo with great listing photos and exposure, and also helped us negotiate a great deal for our purchase. We got it under asking price thanks to him.
