I truly feel blessed to have been able to work with you. I had prayed often about selling my home. Should I? Is it the right thing to do? We found Marcus of Team Ibrahim on a whim while looking at houses online and it must have been kismet because he made us feel as though we were on an Elite Home Buying program. Both Marcus and Ashley (and the other members behind the team, Helen and Marie) provided us such great service in response time, area knowledge and realty expertise. They had all of our answers quickly and promptly and backed up by their professional associates in any field we asked about (structural, general construction, markets, MEP etc). When we found our dream home they went above and beyond to make the deal as painless as possible. We had looked at a great deal of homes and made changes to our new home needs due to the changing market conditions, financial constraints and just a very competitive market but they never wavered and it seemed to only amplify their energy to find us a home (maybe to just get rid of us, haha!). We, by our own choice, switched financiers in the midst of our purchase and they kept everyone on the same page and provided the correct amount of pressure to keep our purchasing timeline on course. I highly recommend Team Ibrahim for all your realty needs and would put them toe to toe with any competition out there for their stellar service, top tier knowledge and for just being just great people overall. Please also take the Home Buying course they provide. I skipped it and many, many things I questioned or didn't quite understand had been covered in it.
