Amador Village

Stopped in to get a tour of community as it fits what I am looking for. However, the lady working was just going to hand me keys to go look at the units without knowing where to go or familiar with the community. When I asked if I could have a guided tour she said no because shes really swamped with things to do.. def disappointing as this is one of the main three communities I wanted to tour.. in looking at reviews seems to be same type of issue even with appointment. Hopefully my second attempt goes better the lady seemed nice but also made me feel like me walking in wanting to tour was a hinderance to her I dont see how a 20 min tour would affect her ability to finish her work by closing time on second thought as first impression was not good I may not even try to tour again disappointing

The maintenance service here is exceptional. They often complete my requests by the time I return home on the same day. The community and grounds are impeccably maintained. I'm happy to continue residing here.

What an absolute waste of time. Dont expect anyone to be there for the tour they schedule and confirm with you. Showed up 10 minutes early and the doors were locked. Gave them some time figuring they might be doing another tour. Called and the people who answer arent actually even in the office and she said to wait unless I would like to reschedule. Waited an additional 20 minutes and still nobody is here. They arent doing 20 minute tours, the office is literally empty. As Im about to leave, 2 people walk into the office and Im literally parked right in front of the 2 glass doors. I have my one year old with me so I get out of the car to get her and as Im walking to the door they walk out. Theres literally no way they did not see me but I knocked anyways and nobody answers. Dont even bother coming here. Tried to call back and nobody answers.

Google will not let me leave a half star. Do not move here! Environment is loud and the staff is rude and will gaslight you about problems. Do not move into apartment 2431! They will let you move in knowing that Aaron the Agressive yet timid neighbor will bang on his own ceiling, your floor instead of communicating like an adult. The short of it is this place was a waste of alot of money I had to break the lease just to get out of that dump. (Appliances andfixtures are cheap)
