I've been there a little over a year and I feel right at home there. The neighbors are friendly (with just one mean lady in the building who complains about everything) maintenance  keeps the place clean and well taken care of. The property manager does an excellent job of taking care of the needs of the complex. There has been many well deserved upgrades and renovations. There's not much street parking, but having my own designated parking stall in a gated environment is comforting.

It is such a horrible management !!!Please don't waste your time!!!They hold the security deposit and application fees in money order only! The manager so rude and not  cooperative at all- she feels what she says she is 100% right but shes crazy! She will not let you speak it be just her what she's doing she great IoI We submitted all the documents and money order. On one of the tax return to submit yet and they just refused and straight forward telling your application won't be approved. The process was not done properly at all. She asked to come collect your money order but when I asked what's the point of asking money order towards security deposit of $1000. They should wait until all the paper requirements submitted and approved for apartment. But she said no! When I asked her the apartment name already on the money order where we go cash now and she refused all she said I don't know you find your own. So mean!!!They asked us for $1000 security deposit in money order we were told to write the name of apartment on money order and when they return they don't have correct answer how or where to cash that back again... most of the concerns why the heck they hold the deposit in money order? If they returning after ran credit or for any reasons application not approved! Most of all bad experiences with pepper tree apartment management the manager so rude. She stays in same complex. Provide less duty at office and in rush to ram into her own apartment rather spending time with customer. And after all documentation submitted to them they never return any paper work back at all. She refused to return back. All she will ask just leave I don't want to argument. This sound so funny she already mad/ upset in certain ways and when she's very stressed just throwing customers out like anything. Such a crazy mad lady!Over all manager so rude and mad lady! She doesn't have patience with customers/ tenants. She won't waste her time responding so much on what even you asked or questioning on. All she will ask you to leave and close her sliding door. Such a crazy lady. Not sure how she got into this management employment!Please don't waste your time. We understand rent little cheap but certain issues. Parking issue definately!

This place has a lot of issues ever since the new management has come in. They have roaches in the building and despite many complains management doesn't do much to fix the problem. They only send in pest control to spray the place. And each time tenant must move things out of cabinets to accommodate for spray man. Management isn't taking it seriously to fix these roaches problems.They have broken gate locks to get into the building where your keys get broken into and to get a replacement you pay the full cost of $50 to get a new one. Management staffs are very rude, they are hesitant to resolve the issues in a professional mannerWhen we moved out of this place, they never gave our deposit back, instead made us pay more. We left the place in a very nice condition.Also, there is a manager on site who is rarely available for help. And your mails are also not safe as they have gotten stolen from your font door or lobby if left thereIf you don't want to avoid going through so many troubles, this is not the place to beDo Not move into this Place
