        I've had a lot of banks, and this one is the absolute worst. My card is regularly frozen for random transactions. It's frozen when I try to withdraw money, from their bank. And the bank employees can't help you. You have to call their number and wait for hours to talk to someone. I will tell them that I'm traveling and to approve my transactions in specific cities, and they will still flag it as fraud. No one at any level at this bank is competent. I'm closing my account here soon.
