      image Poor service. For a wire transfer, I wait 15 minutes to see a personal banker, then I see, he said he is busy and asked me to come back in an hour. I drove back home and returned again to the bank to see him to do the wire transfer, he was sitting inside and tell another teller asked customer to comeback in one hour. I went to another bank nearby and in 15 minutes, they took care of me with a happy face.
