Terrible experience. They broke the cars starter when changing battery and wont return any money. Full story: My wifes car wont start so she jumped start her car, drove here to replace battery. After the work is done, the car still cannot start and even cannot be jumped start. They claimed that the battery itself is good and blame it on the rest of the car. Thats just blatant excuse, since them changing the battery is the only thing that happened to the car.

Came in to get a new battery for my car keys after avoiding it for as long as possible. I'm so glad I came to Interstate. It was super fast, less than 5 minutes, and they had good customer service.

I like Interstate Batteries. I have been using them since 1994. We would sell Interstate Batteries out of our Union 76 gas station then. I have been working with the Interstate Battery shop in Union City the last few years, and i have had nothing but good experiences with them.

Good customer service they brought out the wrong battery though, charge me for the wrong battery and then brought out the right one and it still hasn't come off my credit card for the price difference, highly recommend if you want the best battery that money can buy...
