I have finally, after many years passed because i was upset, decided to write a review. The reason why I am writing this review is because when they did the inventory and jotted down the items they were packing they left out something that was very important to me. My daughter bought me an air brush that came with the tools and color of gels, machine for my birthday I didnt even get to use it. It was hanging in my closet storage where I store all of my Baking goods. It was Valued at $100.00. I thought this company had honest people working for them. There were many young people working, packing and going in and out of the house. Anyways. They have you sign the form saying you agree everything is in boxes they packed but really you don't know if everything got packed. When the day came and they brought the boxes u had to sign again. I unpacked everything and my airbrush machine for cakes was no where to be found . It was in that closet hanging right where you could see it before they started. So where did it go? I looked at the item log sheets of items and they never logged it in. I never called and complained because I had no proof since i signed that form and they would probably believe their employees before believing me. I should of packed the things that were very important to me but who knew this would happen. So beware.
