I bought a twin pressure smart mattress on 7/11/22 for $1305.22 (order SO003411347, SO002308477). Within 120 days, the mattress sagged. I called the store for five days, and no one picked up. I went in person to get a replacement processed on 11/3. Delivery was scheduled for 11/11. The delivery guys came and refused to replace the mattress, stating that the warranty tag was missing, and they left, informing me to contact the store. I called the store, and they said they would take care of it. Another delivery was scheduled on 11/19; the same happened- the delivery guys stated they could not take the mattress. They informed me to contact the store while they waited outside. I contacted the store, and the store manager said I needed to reach the district manager and that he would call me right back. In the meantime, the delivery guys took off rather than waiting, and I never received a callback from the store manager or the district manager.The warehouse, store, and district managers do not know customer service -all incompetent. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.
